Please take note that this is a request form for an online consultation and not a confirmed booking for appointment. For more information, feel free to check out our FAQs here.
^Please note that you have to be living in Singapore, at least 18 years old and above or accompanied by an adult during the video consultation.

How could I know if my booking is sent through and confirmed?
You will receive a call from our staff to verify some details and confirm the online appointment.
How do I pay for the online consultation?
You are required to make payment for the consultation session prior to the online appointment. Payment can be made via PAYNOW, Visa or Mastercard.
Do feel free to give us a call at 6950 4533 if you have any questions.
*If we are unable to help you via the online consultation because a physical examination is required for a diagnosis, we will advise you to make a trip to Gaia Vets. In this case, you will not be charged with consultation fee again.
What happens if my pet requires medication?
If your pet requires medication after the consultation, an invoice will be emailed to you and we will arrange for medication for self-collection at the clinic or to be delivered to you. Do note that payment for medications must be made prior to self-collection or delivery*.
*Please note that additional delivery charges may be applicable if you opt for this service.
I have never visited Gaia Vets before. How do I share my pet’s medical history with the vet?
You can email pictures, test results and/or medical history details prior to the online consultation to askgaiavets@gmail.com.
You can also inform us at least 1 day prior to the online appointment, to obtain your pet’s history from the last clinic you visited.
How do I set up the video conferencing for the consultation?
It is easy! You can refer to this simple step-by-step video to set up “Zoom Meetings”, a video conferencing app on your computer or you can download the “Zoom Cloud Meetings” app via Google Play or Apple App Store.
Make sure you are in a well-lit area and have a stable internet connection for better visualisation. This will help our vets see your pets much better.
*To avoid any delays, please download the app at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
How does the online consultation work?
Once we have confirmed your appointment date and time and payment has been made, you will receive a link via whatsapp or email.
Simply click on the link to commence the consultation via Zoom Meetings.
*Please ensure that you have stable internet connection and a desktop, laptop or mobile device (Android/iOS) that is connected to the internet.
